to answer my own question...I guess there was some unifire revenue guidance in Jan (12.5 million in Q4).   

In any case, I think I have a much better idea of the whole picture here now, aside from what will come out of the financials such as COGS info & debt.    Q1 & Q2 2020 look like they will be on the weak side.  However, the future looks quite promising as new contracts start to factor in more and we hear more specifics of those contracts.   Hopefully there is enough of new contract revenue in Q2 to give us a sense of what the margins will be like.
