Wallbridge Mining Company Limited is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration and sustainable development of gold projects along the Detour-Fenelon Gold Trend in Quebec's Northern Abitibi region. The projects are situated within the Company's approximately 830 square kilometer (km2) Detour-Fenelon Gold Trend Property located in the Nord-du-Quebec administrative region approximately 75 kilometers (km) west-northwest of the town of Matagami, in the province of Quebec, Canada. Its Detour-Fenelon Gold Trend projects include Casault, Detour East, Grasset Gold, Harri and Doigt. The Company owns a 100% interest in the Nantel property. Its other gold assets include Hwy 810, Beschefer and N2 Property. The Grasset gold property is located immediately east of and adjoins the Fenelon property. The Company also holds approximately 15.8% interest in the common shares of NorthX Nickel Corp.

I am not sure what the issue is with Tudor vs WM.  Firstly what is the market cap? 
If TUD had same share count as WM then their share price would be $0.313 per share.  If WM had the same share count as TUD then the WM share price would be $5.361.........In either case the MARKET CAPS would still be what they are for each company. So look at each company. Divide by  shares outstanding to get the published share price.
M/C for WM is $816.11M
M/C for TUD is $226.65M
Divide by any share count you want;..... and that is the unit price for each share;.......the market cap remains the same. Get it??  So;... if WM had four shares the share price would be $204.02M
