RE:Guyana Goldfields Bullstock, this is a great find. Heck, if someone offered me 1.85$ this year id sell all my shares to them.

Obviously a different commodity and different type stage of assets, but just shows how mining is a competitive industry and things can happen really fast and if you have marketable assets, their value is eventually realized even if the stock price and even initial takeout bids don’t reflect it (the 1.85 ultimate buyout price is several multiples of the pre-initial Silvercorp bid trading price)
Also interesting that the acquiring company, Zijin, also just bought a $500m+ interest in a Tibetan copper project. Wonder if it’ll be the start of an acquisitive trend from the Chinese mining Co’s...
