The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

Thanks to you all for your insights and commiserations. I can see that I'm not alone in my frustrations with this stock. Just had to vent a little and blow off some steam. Really wasn't expecting this much reaction to my rant though, but thanks again to you all and hopefully this will start doing something in the near future.
