From my experience....my step son is a PHD chemist. The Universities will often spend frivolously to use up their budget each year so the following year they receive that valuable funding once again.

The difference between the public and private sector I guess. Sometimes shareholders holding a company accountable is a good thing. Us tax payers should be able to do the same thing.

Lots of brilliant minds originate in the universities....

I think we shareholders deserve a little more communication right now from David.
