Prime Dividend Corp. is a Canada-based mutual fund company. The Company's investment objective is to invest primarily in a portfolio of common shares. The Company may also invest up to 20% of the net asset value in equity securities of issuers in the financial services or utilities sectors in Canada or the United States. The investment objectives with respect to the Preferred shares is to provide holders of Preferred Shares with cumulative floating rate monthly cash dividends at a rate per annum equal to the prevailing Canadian prime rate plus 2.35% with a minimum annual rate of 5% and a maximum rate of 8% based on the on the $10 repayment value of the Preferred shares. Online Trading Broker HousesQuadravest in not the only discount broker leaving the retail investor out in the cold....I was also unable to talk, or e-mail, or trade in the last few weeks..Also not even able to log in for periods of time duriing trading hours....Reasons given...server crashing...Can they not afford backup servers and more staff to answer queries from clients? I have a different opinion as to the reliability and honesty of these organizations!....JMHO
