Cash $900k at 31 Dec 20 and monthly average spend of $500k suggests no cash at end of feb or am I missing something? No income from investments. No announcements about actual cash injections other than potential investments.

Eteah transaction seems weird, they paid $2.8m for a loan in Nov 19 and then wrote it off a month later. Borrowed money from the seller to do it so whats going in with that? Was this arms length as it makes no sense...

How can a passive investment company have $10m cash costs?  Salaries of $5m, travel of almost $1m and legal and reg costs of almost $3m. Wow, this business is gobbling itself up and the MD&A provides no roadmap except a sales pitch on Green Pharma and Frieh.

good potential from some investments but where is the management?

Me and a friend of mine pulled out our 1.3 mill collective shares this morning. I took a 14k loss. Those financials were just wayyyyyy too much. 1.4 mill revenu with 20+ million in dept per year?? We can't even play catch up on the interests from the depts we have. 2 million in financial fees? Even if LGP was 1 $ per share we would still be swamped in debt. Death spiral in full effect. I gave them 1 year of my investing life and a total of 20k in losses, they took my shirt, pants, socks, i got out while i atleast still have my underwear on.
