Looking at the trades on TMX, most were between traders 001 (anonymous).  Most trades were small and in 'just off lot' sizes: 15000, 25000, etc.  Many trades like this is rapid fashion.  To me, I would infer that a pre arranged share trade between 2 buyers was occuring, why else would 2mm shares trade on a penny mining exploration company with no real price change?  My 2 cents.
