I agree 100Mill but it does seem to, at the very least, probably remove the need for another trial to add in the newer iPhone models. Also, If Apple wasn't at the table, wouldn't they just say to Wilan, "if you want them included, you tell the judge and figure out the amount, then we'll counter claim and draw this out longer". The fact WiLan and Apple ARE working together is important here IMO. And may imply they are working on a more fulsome agreement.
