Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:RE:RE:Great Bear Royalties

RE:RE:RE:Great Bear RoyaltiesI am not sure how GBR would leverage what is now not theirs to bargain with.  The rights and ownership have been distributed to the shareholders.   Any deal or interest in aquisition of the royalty company would have to be legally tendered to the shareholders.

This could be viewed as a long term annuity unless an offer is tendered and agreed to.  This would be done separately from any sale of GBR.   Great Bear Royalty is a legal stand alone entity now.

I don't believe there is even a clause for a GBR aquirer to buy down the royalty as is often done when exploration companies structure the sale of their assets with a royalty clause.
