RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:UPDATE Agree Bailey, it also an indicator of the advancement of both companies . Don Weatherbee wore two hats as CFO of  both ETI and MWX . It would appear management perception is that both companies have reached the point where his skillset will be stretched too thin moving forward. It makes sense for both , especially now that MWX has become more of a going concern.

 Also . Im sure Ms Pilon has done her due diligence and , after being made privy to ETI's future plans and growth prospects she made decision to come aboard... good news for sure
