At the same time it is essential, in my view, that a greater understanding of their investment strategy be shared with those considering their existing or potential investment increase as Questcap evolves. 
The Glenco transaction and signifcantly expanded capacity of Dr. Copeland coupled with both his  "Payment - Share Acquisition" and on-going compensation from our company while being an "Advisor" and retaining 70% of his original Glenco position through his holding company leaves me unsettled.  
Surely it is reasonable to expect detail regarding Glenco's current value and rationale supporting their operation going forward.
As noted in earlier remarks and the news release Glenco is a "Pre Revenue Corporation" I.e. no significant sales volume and accordingly no positive cash flow etc.
How did it get valued so highly?
