I'll try to answer what I think you were asking - I believe RLV is 100% speculative at this point. You believe a large percentage of their units have not been ordered because there has been no material change? I completely disagree, and to be frank, that makes zero sense. The company selling out their product by whatever way they choose to go about it, is NOT material change.
