No matter what happens with N and Choklat, still a win-win?.

No matter what happens with N and Choklat, still a win-win?.

Choklat and N are two good companies both with promising better revenues for the future. I really hope they do come together , solving their differences in order to be stronger. But if they don’t I see the following happening which is still not bad and maybe is why N SP is going up from -10.84% to -6.10% as I write this:

  1. Choklat will still be able to sell their edibles and get into the Cannibis 2.0 market, slowly, but surely. Increasing their yearly revenue from 6 million to more.
  2. And Namaste as a 49% shareholder will benefit from this revenue growth. This benefit  will have costed N only 1.5 million bucks. So worst case scenario both companies still benefit, just probably not as much and/or as fast as they were together.

Thoughts?
