Its very unfortunate situation. Mr. Morim is a very consistant person and very intelligent. Him resigning do to disagreements is no doubt heads of anger collided between certain individuals. Even CannMart sent a email notifying termination of purchase orders from CHOKLAT.

Being hot-headed in life later on haunts you and it seems BRAD might have dove into hot-headed in this situation. This split up is totally the opposite of what should have occurred. Unfair to the shareholders who felt so happy about CHOKLAT's involvement. Time heals but in this case but  the damage is done. History repeating itself when one doesn't expect it and the spins off of this negative news will linger for quite some time
