Location is important. I thought this was interesting. It's about dispensary locations and their revenues. Looks like it can vary up to $10 million per year between dispensaries, depending on their location.

Given the large yield, Sunniva's total cost per gram wouldn't be too far off from others. They claim one of the lowest in the business. They wouldn't be running at max A/C the whole time. A local resident described a couple months per year it's like 100-115, but certainly not all year.

I believe Sunniva will do well in their current location. They could fit 3500 solar panels over the headerhouse. That would have to help cover costs of running heavier cooling. Someday if necessary, and if it saves $ then absolutely I could see that.
