RE:RE:Above 2:15?

RE:RE:Above 2:15?This is a terrible bid made by the CEO/Private Equity Firm and everyone should vote NO to this proposal.  At a lousy $2.15 it would equate to a 7.8x 2020 EBITDA and a measly 6.2x 2021 EBITDA.  This is a company that grew at over 25% on average during the last 3 years.

They took an opportune time (COVID) to introduce this offer.  There is no reason this company should be taken private in the first place,as it is performing well and the share price has been moving, even with terrible IR.

I guess I am not the only one who thinks it is a lousy bid, as it is now trading above the bid price.  I hope they drop the bid, if not I hope antoher bidder comes along and we have a bidding war.  This company should not be stolen out of our hands for a measly $2.15.
