RE:RE:RE:0.76 If Duane and his board truly believe the rhetoric they have put forth regarding the technology . the plant and the prospects moving forward then at the very least I would expect them to issue a firm deadline to Jabil to come to terms , or step back.
Im sure JBL shareholders would be holding their own management to account for their "lack of excecution" when it comes to securing a deal if Environmental Technologies occupied more space that a pimple on their balance sheet . For Jabil , the Tech is a "Nice to Have" as opposed to a "Need to Have" when it comes to their core operations and ability to generate revenue . What price they put on their own "Sustainbility" rhetoric is anyones guess.
If Jabil is has "First Right of Refusal" (given their initial input into development towards commercial production) ,then that consideration should have a "past due date" and we should move along if a deal can,t be made. If Duanes past statements hold true and other companies (whose core operations would be profoundly altered by its addition) are on deck, then it's about time to show it . We as shareholders were asked to base our decisions on the rhetoric . It's now up to Duane and the BOD to base their decisions on their belief in the same rhetoric .
