Why nobody is talking about the business valuation??
Zena is priced $0 for its Cannabis business. I know dilution is not good for shareholders but this company should have market cap of $220 million based on P/S of only 2
(Hexo has P/S of 4, ACB has P/S of 6 and CGC has 9)
Now with this offering, balance sheet is strengthened, debt is manageable ..
My prediction this will go down to $.135 but soon people will scoop in shares
By Aug (pre-earning) the stock will be close to $.25
And post earning $.35
