Agreed...Interesting concept & I like your idea regarding digital currency backed by " gold in ground " - Some people may think such an idea is too far fetched or unworkable, however if I may remind this board: If I had told you last year, that in the year 2020, the US Gov. would be printing more money in the first 6 months of the year than they had in the entire previous decade...well most people would have thought that could never happen either...However look where we stand now...It's time ideas such as bonds or digital currency backed by " gold in ground" ( even if they seem out of the box ) make their way into the general public discourse on monetary policy
