Some directors are hanging on to their shares. The CEO is only keeping very small amount of shares, even though he should be the one who has most control over the future of the company. Of course the V price are outside his control. Yet, forever cost improvement should be in his agenda. Being able to lead the company through a low V price environment should be his conviction. Yet, he doesn't even know how to file the sedi report correctly. That's is so disappointing! Either he is very careless or he has carelessly hired some incompetent people to do it for him. Neither of those causes are acceptable. Right? Chaves did the same thing. They look so bad before the eyes of the public. Will you make such mistakes, knowing that thousands of eyes will see it?
