If the mine  (even without the additional holes being taken into account and without consideration of the 250,000 estimated oz on the heap leach pads) shows break even at about $1450 or so, doesn't that make BC an optionality play on the POG? 
Not that Golf is likely to plunge to those levels, but there is aways a risk. I am not sure these numbers you are working make BC look  too attractive
