RE:RE:RE:RE:ChoklatI highly doubt in this matter regarding a regulatory requirement that Brads current business CHOKLAT in Calgary must conform to this technology. It would rather be more of when new LAW occurs and his current company MUST abid by the new rules of newly stipulated requirements.
I think its a grey area right now. But that prior link you posted in referring to "chocolate metal detection" to me was just another type of business who seek what all other businesses seek meaning we have new technology so pay us the CASH. Im sure Brad wouldn't pump out metal dust in CHOKLAT? I think hes abit smarter then we think?

Ideally, before venturing to any business (Chocolate in this case), stakeholders must outline all variables related to the business.
 
If upper-management miss the metal-detecting in the checklist, then there are consequences to it.
 
Whether it is a regulatory requirement or not, chocolate should not contain metal-residual as best-practice.
