The $8.6 million plus another future $5 milion to come from warrants was bought by Brokers !

Who are more than likely going to package these up is some fund and sell to their clients.

I would expect a jump in price once they transition from Venture to the big board.

Depending on your take of this company that could be a good time to cash in or sell now if you

don't believe in the future of this company.

Or now could be a good time to accumulate while price is below a dollar.

Choices choices !
