Not sure if anyone else got this far in that news release but the first paragraph after the recapitalization transaction bullet points says that 21% of existing shares have already approved this deal . All I see is that the insiders were well aware of this shotty deal long before it was ever made public . The last 79% will have to attend the meeting for their "no" vote to even be counted . What an insult and highly biased against existing shareholders
