Just to be clear, the vote will only give them the authorisation to RS. The board would still have to resolve to do it, and they said only if it made sense to do so. IMO that means if the want to list in a better exchange or attract a financer that requires a higher SP to be involved, this would allow them to do so without another SH meeting and vote w quorum.

Anything is possible though.

Nothing ain't going to happen overnight. Now I understand they can be doing a better job with PR and all that other stuff, updating their inventors, posting more pics etc. But there would be no point in investing in that stuff if operations need to be taken care of first.

Now I sure hope this dumb Reverse Split doesn't happen.
