It's on the AGM agenda for a vote for good reason - they mean to do this Reverse Split. It wouldn't be there otherwise. And an RS, 98%+ of the time, is not good for the shareholder. The RS at FSD a few months ago was also worded that way at the AGM - i.e. only authorization to do so. Right after they passed this, they did the RS. It will happen - don't be fooled.

This is inevitable folks - I've been there and seen it up close and I've learned the hard way.

I'm not telling you what to do, but I'll tell you what experienced money does in these situations - they pack up and get out of the way until after the RS and the inevitable share price tsunami that follows.

The company is not in good shape - debt is high and sales are low. My take is that EVE is doing this as part of a restructure so that they survive. IMHO.

Nothing ain't going to happen overnight. Now I understand they can be doing a better job with PR and all that other stuff, updating their inventors, posting more pics etc. But there would be no point in investing in that stuff if operations need to be taken care of first.

Now I sure hope this dumb Reverse Split doesn't happen.
