Which is the better investment?
Happy weekend folks and those who are father's enjoy!
A question to those contributers to this forum as in the past year I have enjoyed your insights.  I am a long investor in WELL and in the past month have started investing in DOC.  I am equally impressed with both and seems like they are in a good position to grow in the years to come.
IF you were to invest MORE in the coming weeks which stock would you favor? My idea is to invest this money equally but your thoughts would be appreciated.
