RE:Price being pumped for financing?

Well it takes money to make money. I wouldn't think they would wait till the end of their cash reserves to raise more. Covid is not going away and alot of contract hints out there. Recent interview says they have been in talks with many groups including Medicals as well as Federal and Provincial governments. They may need the cash to setup all their new customers ;)
