RE:I own the T.HSE.P.G, what will the rate of return be.It's not that hard to find out.  Not sure why you are having difficulty.   HSE released news report on June 1 indicating new rate for next 5 years.    That is the RATE for dividend calculation.   It's not the Yield, the Yield changes depending on share price.   

Oasisjunior, I hope you are a lucky person because it seems you are buying things you don't understand very well if at all.

You need to do your own DD and understand yourself what you are buying.    This is a Chat board.    You can listen and consider what posters say, but can't TRUST them.   You need to verify and understand.

CanadianPreffered also has a website..... but again, even from this site you need to verify it's information.    

Even this website, stockhouse, I think it might be displaying historical charts (information) on some shares inaccurately.  I could be wrong as no one else has mention it.
