A Reminder to M Fitzgibbon

A Reminder to M Fitzgibbonof his comments in LA PRESSE Sept 12 2019....quote:

As for Nemaska Lithium, I explained [last week]: we want to develop this sector. We will be very aggressive in promoting this resource and trying to establish the entire production chain, from extraction to the manufacture of lithium-ion batteries.

[Most recently], the CEO of Investissement Qubec and I had dinner with the CEO of Pallinghurst [a British mining group that must invest up to $ 600 million in Nemaska Lithium] and he supports our strategy of creating a chain which would go as far as making batteries.

This is entirely in line with our desire to create an economy that must nourish the environment, taking into account climate change, recycling and electrification.

Will there be questions to answer if Pallinghurst are the successful bidder on this project at the expense of existing shareholders?
