RE:RE:RE:Thurs #askMQR Monarch Gold CEO, Jean-Marc Lacoste - Wasamac at $1,700 gold NPV after tax C$ 750
When production starts at Wasamac in 2 years or so gold is forecasted to be significantly higher by then. According to Bank of America gold price will be $3,000 in 18 months so that would mean after tax NPV for Wasamac will be around $1.5 billion.
No way in hell Monarch will sell Wasamac and give up on this cash cow. As I said before, Croinor is vast with 150 sq km and only 5 sq km drilled with resource result around 100k ounces. Croinor may be a multimillion ounce potential. By the time Wasamac is producing as well as Beaufor and hopefully Camflo brings good news by then, Monarch will close to producing 150k to 200k ounces a year. Back of the napkin math that is like $300M to $400M revenue a year making Monarch around a 10 to 20 X bagger from current stock price.
