RE:Did the lawyer of facebook group said things were good?It seems odd that anyone would suggest, since eight competing parties may submit propositions, that not a one of them will exceed the value of debt. If each bidder is indeed serious, they have to be prepared to account for seven other bids seeking to emerge on top. That means that a bid premium is required. The mere fact that eight parties are involved means that they believe the project is worthwhile and, despite the large capital requirement, that they will make a good return on their money.
