Thanks for responding, I inquired with IR and will report back if I hear anything from them.

My guess is that Electrum and SSV are joined at the hip and Electrum sweet talked SSV into getting such a lucrative deal.  It's like that with many junior resource stocks - the insiders always make out like bandits while the retail investors get the scraps.
