RE:RE:RE:RE:Zoom Stockholder question and answer video conferenceLOL… touche!
Glad you brought it up as there are many other lessons learned besides the aloof, laissez-faire, don’t give a … attitude that our favorites appear to be demonstrating.
First, failure is a measure of success but you have to feel it and understand it. We have pretty much entered the 7th hell of pain, at least from an SP perspective. We may also have officially failed to fully promote the Company and have failed to mitigate-plan the ‘go-at-it-alone’ mode. We could have stockpiled before the need to stockpile arose (reminds me of making the gowns now that covid is upon us) ; squirrels, btw, appear to have higher powers of future consideration – readily stockpiling. So are we willing to fail, or planning some failure or is this about to happen by accident? If we strategically chose to fail – we’re ok as we are simply trying to ultimately arrive at healthier, MORE CONSISTENT value set. Remember, Largo should seek and pledge to be at our best , always not just sometimes ( think compensation)..no temporary here …rather, only consistently permanent.
I trust that both the shackled and un-shackled PAIN is now anchored in Largo management psyche such that we have learned to become superheroes in the face of the ‘unknown’ (OTHER PAINS: c19, competition, sales, multi-client vs one, many geographies, many languages, many sales sectors/industries/niches). Largo has to show their MATURITY STATUS; that they have fully developed in some areas and are in the process of fully doing so in yet others and that this all translates into added revenue.
I am hoping that the STARE YOURSELVES (Largo-selves) in the mirror is well on its way…afterall, it’s been a while that I pause and ask why I’m still holding a significant position. Noticing pain, where it comes from will lead Largo to another place … will start the needed locomotion – BUT – they have to be true to the issue(s) at hand. Largo, please tell us that you do note some challenges, some surprises, some calamities (perhaps?) and that they will be history as you are on your dynamic way to resolving these… ultimately placing us in a better place.
LARGO EXEC team: please describe (in detail) that new place that drives and motivates you and your team now, in the near future and in a couple of years. Give us a future of such that is ‘void of don’t give a f*k’ stuff; like selling at the lowest possible point and when it negates any expected trait of leadership, vision or truthfulness. Yes, truth because the only thing one can read is that you, as the omnipotent CEO is not just not leading us into salvation but rather demonstrates little faith, conviction or motivation for the shareholders or the company that you are supposed to be ‘consistently’ pulling to newer heights. What’s wrong with this, not-so-subtle, picture?? Does Largo realize that we don’t give a f*k or does Largo really (intentionally) don’t give a f’k?? Is the story transparent or opaque? PLEASE GIVE ANSWERS TO THIS … as well
