All of the stock symbols for the Company’s securities will remain the same (i.e. “VLNS” and “VLNS.WT” for the Company’s shares and warrants, respectively on the TSX and “VLNCF” for the Company’s common shares on the OTCQX). The new CUSIP numbers assigned to the Company’s common shares and warrants are 91914P108 and 91914P124 respectively.
