Something's strange about ArcByt

I agree with all of you that ArcByt sure sounds like a fit for the PYR tunneling contract.

However, I just did a Google search to find out where the company was located.

OK, so they're in Oakland, CA.  But they show NO website and NO phone number.  Doesn't that seem a bit strange to you?  All we see is two photos, and we see that they're open from 11 am to 7 pm during the week, which is probably EST, so that means they're open from 8 am to 4 pm, pacific time, and from 9 am to 2 pm, pacific time, on the weekends.

There are various profiles that say that it's a private construction company that's backed up by venture capitalists, and that the CEO is a woman called Kim Adams.  They show contact information for an office in Berkley, California, but that location is permanently closed.

I went to the following website : www.arcbyt.com.  It's basically an empty shell.  All you can do is click on "CAREERS" to get the list of job offers we already know about, or enter your email address to receive updates on their activities.

Any ideas why they're playing it so close to the chest?  They're kind of in a joint venture with PYR for this tunneling thing, so maybe they're going to open an office in Montreal?
