BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

That's because you don't understand the basics of a downtrend....hmmmm. Basic stuff.  Clearly, you don't look at charts...
1 min, 5 min....30 min...1 hr are irrelevant time frames, unless you are day trading...

Why??? Hexo traded in a range on the 1 hr time frame of the candlestick charts.....

But, on the daily chart, you are seeing a lower high and lower low. 

And, since the top of $1,73, Hexo has been showing a lower high and lower low every day----including the daily time frame today...

And so, the bearish reversal continues on the daily...

If Hexo breaks belows low .96/.97 and does Not move above today's high of $1.03, the downtrend continues.

You need to learn candlestick charts and how to use them on various time frames before making a stupid comment!!
