A ‘questionable’ law was passed a while back.
The validity of that law is being questioned.
Therefore the validity of mining claims made under that law are being questioned.

Now for the good news.
Alamaden Minerals’ [T.AMM] claim was made before that new law was in existence.
Therefore, AMM mining claim is not affected by any of this.
[ I don't know about the other AMM spin-offs.]
