was the protest of the local 150 small community based on this questioned law, or are these 2 separate cases? I understand that from the Almadian side sufficient distance was  taken, and no (further) prospecting on the 150 comunition land. I was assuming that those are two different cases of interest? the local 150 men on the one hand and the interpretation of the law on the other? Am I wrong?
