Won't close. Guessing no TSXV approval for not disclosing Strategic Innovation Fund info prior PP. This was important information that they purposely omitted and would effect the PP price target IMO. If they disclosed prior PP that they were in the running to get half the trial costs covered....do you think they would have priced the PP at 8.5 cents? That is my question to you and the exchange. Again....just my opinion. Do your own DD
