providing for the sale of up to 157,643,875 Units at a price of $0.13 per Unit (the "Offering Price") for gross proceeds of up to $20,493,704 (the "Offering").
its only 181, 290,462 if they sell the overallotment however thats a lot of shres and major dilution and then if this PO$ does go to say 20-25 cents add in another 181290462 warrnets converted and we have 362580924 new shares or almost double what we have today

181Million shares not 300....that means back to 12-13 cents, wouldn't you agree?

Apparently what it mean is .09 cents.
This thing is dead money until the build up before 2nd quarter financials - or news that HYTN is shipping and selling.
