Indeed, I sense that a major financing is on the horizon. Likely Sprott and flow through shares. When you see these flow through shares, they are very different than a regular share equity raise. Not a red flag per say but you can't give much creedence to the pricing as there are significant tax advantages.

So look for dilution through flow through shares issuance.
