these are orcastrated PP events most people that buy from these institutions dont even follow the stock like we do ;; they are given a dog and poney perfromance and the free warrent attached;; it fell to 9 cents because of the ultra drastic dilution its going to cause
it will be intersting this go around if it sells out or not
