June 23, 2020 - TheNewswire - Tinkerine(TM) Studios Ltd. (TSXV:TTD) (OTC:TKSTF) ("Tinkerine" or the "Company") announces a campaign agreement ("Campaign") with Food Banks Canada ("FBC") to develop a Food Banks Bundle that consists of one Face Shield Lite and one Face Shield Lite Replacement Parts package. This Campaign will run from June 4th, 2020 to September 30, 2020, with a portion of the Campaign proceeds donated to FBC.
The Campaign grants Tinkerine the non-exclusive license and right to use the Food Banks Canada Marks in Canada in publicity and public relations materials, advertising and other marketing materials. The Campaign also allows for FBC's provincial and/or affiliate food banks to recognize Tinkerine with consent from FBC.
