Again, if big investors know the real potential of Zenabis, they don't care buying it at 0.13$ if they know they can bring it to 1$++ !
You'll see the 20 million offer at 0.13$ will get closed.

Actually, big investors don't give a phk about poorly run penny stock companies facing bankruptcy, particularly at this time.
