@SteveW29.......my take is that these types of executives should be thrown out of the industry…. they are very bad example of O&G leaders in Calgary…. they are not helping the O&G industry to have a good reputation across the globe……this is exactly same scenario @ BP during gulf-coast crisis when the CEO still cashed out significant amount of bonuses and Obama made it clear “He will never hire him” …sadly these are the same guys who are coming to us here in Ottawa pleading to support the industry and help Alberta with the 25% unemployment rate but they are ok to payoff themselves such amount of bonuses and next day lay off more people….

Nerveless we should distinguish between bad leaders like ClearStream and other good ones in Alberta O&G industry…. I know many of them who are taking unprecedented leadership actions during such difficult time to help Alberta and such important O&G industry to survive…so let’s support them…. I heard they even took initiatives and asked the board to make changes the incentive programs and tie them to real industry indicators…
