“ Capable “ and actually being able to produce c peptide in significant amounts that’s clinically relevant in reducing insulin in patients are two different things. I am also “ capable” of flying by flapping my arms up and down but unlikely .

Viacyctes new chaiperson of their board has been fired from Vertex for questionable personal choices . Might as well have Bill Cosby or Weinstein on the board then.

Did you notice J and J and no big pharma participated in their last raise of 27 million dollars ?

My bet is that big pharma is no longer looking at Viacycte . They definitely stopped funding them now imo.
