RE:Can someone explain this in English lolSimple yield growth corp is broke so they are selling a bunch of paper tickets at ten cents to raise 1 million dollars.  everyone who buys one of these shares at ten cents can buy an one more share anytime in the next 24 months for 11 cents.  


 Any investment broker who  can find a sucker to buy these shares will get a 10% sucker finding fee.  

 Basically BOSS is bust they have zero dollars and are raising money so they do not have to file bankruptcy or go into debt.   

 Technically it is good and bad, good they are not filing chapter 11 bad they are broke and are begging for handouts.

  BOSS is looking pretty tasty for a buy out now.  Pretty much 6 million dollars and you can own this thing.  So I would not be surprised if WEED or Aurora came in and offered BOSS 20 % over their share price to take this whole train wreck.
