But short volume can indicate that there is something going on on shorters side. So here comes the screen shot:



It seems that the shorters are throwing around with borrowed PVG shares as if there is no tomorrow.

Do not worry, one thing is sure: The shorters must buy back each single share they shorted...

Nice if they would press the share price again below 8. This would be again an opportunity to add / buy on a dip. 

H 1, 2020 will end in 3 trading days. Shorters may try some window dressing on their accounts for that day. But as said: they must buy back sooner than later.
